Shipping policy

Order Processing

Order Processing time will vary, however, see 'Delivery Time' below, based on shipping times for expectation of receiving your order. 

High volumes of e-commerce orders, weather events, and other things, may cause delivery delays. Prior to finalizing your order, please be aware of the potential delivery delays. 

Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. If you do not receive either of these e-mails, please check your spam filter or contact us at hello@matchlesscandle.com.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order minus the original shipping fee.

After each order is processed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment. Orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled after they have been received.

  • If Order Subtotal is Equal to or Under $74.99 (after discounts) it ships for $8 (additional fees may apply, see Notes below)
  • If Order Subtotal is Equal to or Over $75 (after discounts) it ships for Free (additional fees may apply, see Notes below)

Delivery Time  

  • 3-7 business days processing/transit time (delivery to remote locations may take longer, see Notes below)

Excluded Locations

  • Puerto Rico, Guam, Palau, Marshall Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands, Armed Forces (Americas / Europe / Pacific)

Notes

  • Remote locations may take longer and can't be guaranteed by Matchless Candle or the carrier. Every effort will be made to deliver as promised. However, Matchless Candle does not provide compensation for carrier delays outside our control.
  • When calculating shipping, if an order contains a gift card, the subtotal amount for the gift card will be excluded as they are sent via email and not actually shipped. 
    • As an example, if the subtotal is $75 at checkout, but you have added $50 in gift card(s), the shipping calculation would be based on $25.
